Win a British Vacation at the Chamber of Commerce
Destination Drawing Event
The Lake Havasu Area Chamber of Commerce is excited to announce the second “Going Places” Drawing, scheduled for Friday, September 10 from 6-10pm. This year’s theme will be “Casino Royale”. The London Bridge Resort Convention Center will be transformed into an elegant continental casino for the evening. The grand prize this year is a vacation to London or the Bahamas. Second prize is a trip to the spectacular red rock country of Sedona. There will be costume contests, so come dressed as your favorite James Bond movie character, whether it’s 007 himself, an ally, villain, or “girl”! Tickets are $75 for drawing entry and dinner, and $50 for dinner only.

Theme: “Honoring Havasu Heroes “
Entry: Deadline: Friday, September 24, 2010, no exceptions.
Staging Area: Corner of Acoma Blvd & McCulloch Blvd.
Time: Floats check-in is between 7:45-8:30am. Any float checking in later than 8:30am will not be judged.
Show Time: The parade will begin at 10am on Saturday, October 16, 2010. |
